1 Get back on the road
Give us a call on 0161 639 0141 and provide us with as much information as possible about how the accident happened and who was involved. One of our claims handlers will be able to establish who is responsible for the accident and arrange a replacement vehicle for you. Your vehicle will be stored in a secure location.
2 Damage Report
One of our engineers will assess the damage to your car and produce a detailed damage report. We will notify the relevant insurance companies on your behalf and submit our repair estimate. If the accident was not your fault we will claim directly off the other sides insurance to keep your own policy clean.
3 Repair & Return
We will liaise with the insurers and any witnesses to negotiate an admission of liability from the other sides insurer. Once liability is admitted we will book your vehicle in with one of our approved repairers. Once repairs are complete we will return your vehicle and collect the hire car at the same time.

If I Put My Claim Through CC Response, Will The Other Drivers Insurance Be Affected?

Not at all. The party at fault’s insurance will most likely already suffer due to the fact that the other party was the cause of the collision or accident. Regardless of the type of vehicle involved in the collision, be it a Bentley Continental or a Ford Focus would make no difference. Equally, regardless of who you reported the collision to, CC Response or your own vehicle insurance company would not make any difference to their policy.

How come I Don’t Have To Pay Any Excess?

Depending on the specifics of the incidents, we accept client claims. Where we consider our client is not at blame, we subsequently seek reimbursement from the insurer of the other party for all of our expenses.
