We aim to make contact with the third party within 15 minutes of the FNOL call. If the initial contact attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt is made within two hours, and an email is sent to the third party within 24 hours.
Third Party Intervention
At CC Response we have an expert handling team when it comes to fault and non-fault accident. We aim to contact the non-fault third party within 15 minutes of the initial FNOL call and not only offer services but get services accepted and moving forward. If the initial contact attempt is unsuccessful, we will attempt a 2nd attempt within two hours and where possible also attempt contact via email.
